1. Purchase Terms
These purchase terms apply between you as a customer and 1337 Krew AB (hereinafter "we", "us" or "the Store") for purchases made through our online store. By completing a purchase, you agree to these terms.
Company Information
Prices
All prices are stated in the store's currency and include Swedish VAT (25% unless otherwise stated). Any shipping costs are added and displayed at checkout before you complete your order.
Payment
Payment is processed via Shopify Payments, which handles card and alternative payment methods securely. We do not store card details on our servers. For any additional terms from the payment provider, we refer to Shopify Payments' own terms.
When the purchase is binding
A binding agreement is formed when we have confirmed your order via email (order confirmation). We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in the event of obvious errors in price, product description or stock status, as well as suspected fraud.
Since our products are made to order (print-on-demand), an order can only be cancelled before production has started. Once the order has entered production status "Passed" with our production partner Printful, cancellation is no longer possible. Contact us as soon as possible at hello@elitestudios.gg if you wish to cancel an order.

Important — no right of withdrawal
Our products are made to order and customised for you (print-on-demand). Therefore, no right of withdrawal applies in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU Article 16(c) and the Swedish Distance Contracts Act (2005:59).
Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU Article 16(c), the right of withdrawal does not apply to "goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised." Since every product in our store is printed specifically for you after you place your order, our products are covered by this exemption.
By completing a purchase in our store, you confirm that you:
- have read and understand that products are manufactured specifically for you,
- explicitly consent to production commencing, and
- understand that the right of withdrawal therefore does not apply.
This does not affect your rights in the event of a defective product — see section 3 below.
↑ Back to top3. Complaints and Warranty
As a consumer, you have the right under the Swedish Consumer Purchase Act (2022:260) to make a complaint about defects in the product for up to three (3) years from the date you received it. A complaint must be made within a reasonable time after you discover the defect — notification within two months is always considered reasonable.
Damaged product or quality issues
If your product has damage, print defects or other quality issues upon receipt, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at hello@elitestudios.gg. Please include:
- order number,
- clear photos of the product and the defect,
- photo of the shipping label/packaging if the damage is shipping-related.
We will forward the matter to our production partner Printful for investigation. If the complaint is approved, a free replacement product will be sent or the purchase will be refunded — at no cost to you.
Lost in transit
If your shipment does not arrive, this must be reported to us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. A new product will then be sent at no charge.
Returns
Since our products are made to order, there is no return address. Do not send back products on your own initiative — items that are returned will be discarded by our production partner and cannot be refunded. If a complaint is approved, compensation is handled without you needing to return the product.

We use Printful as our global production and delivery partner. Printful has production facilities in over 32 countries and your product is printed as close to you as possible — giving faster delivery and lower environmental impact.
Delivery times
- Within EU: normally 2–5 working days from when production is complete.
- Rest of world: delivery time varies by destination and is shown at checkout.
In addition to delivery time, production time applies (usually 1–3 working days) as the product is made to order. Total estimated delivery time is shown at checkout and in the order confirmation.
Worldwide delivery
We deliver to most countries in the world. Any customs duties and import taxes for deliveries outside the EU are the responsibility of the customer.
Correct delivery address
You as the customer are responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address when ordering. If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, we are unfortunately unable to refund the order, as the product has already been manufactured specifically for you. In such cases we can help you place a new order at cost price for shipping.

1337 Krew AB is the data controller for the personal data we process about you. We value your privacy and comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, EU 2016/679).
What data we collect
- Name
- Delivery and billing address
- Email address and phone number
- Order history and purchase information
- Technical information (e.g. IP address, browser) when visiting our website
Purpose of processing
- To process and deliver your order
- To communicate with you about your order
- To handle complaints and customer service matters
- To fulfil legal obligations (including the Accounting Act)
- To improve and secure our website
Legal basis
Processing is primarily carried out to fulfil the contract with you (the purchase), to comply with legal obligations and, in some cases, based on your consent (e.g. newsletter and non-essential cookies).
Recipients of data
To deliver our services we share data with the following data processors:
- Shopify — e-commerce platform and customer accounts
- Shopify Payments — payment provider
- Printful — production and delivery (print-on-demand)
- Any shipping companies engaged by Gelato
Some of these parties may process data outside the EU/EEA. We ensure that transfers take place with appropriate safeguards under GDPR (e.g. the EU Commission's standard contractual clauses).
Retention period
We retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose of processing, or as required by law. Accounting records are retained for seven (7) years under the Accounting Act. Other customer data is deleted or anonymised when no longer needed.
Your rights
You have the right to:
- request a register extract of the data we process about you,
- have incorrect data corrected,
- request deletion of your data (to the extent not contrary to law),
- object to or restrict processing,
- request data portability,
- withdraw consent you have previously given,
- lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten (IMY), www.imy.se.

If we are unable to resolve a dispute together, you as a consumer have the right to turn to impartial dispute resolution bodies.
Allmänna reklamationsnämnden (ARN)
You can contact ARN free of charge — they handle disputes between consumers and businesses. We comply with ARN's recommendations.

Applicable law
Swedish law applies to purchases and disputes, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection rules in your country of residence.
